    The last few years have really got me thinking about the role other people - whether friends, social media, or even big media companies - have on our minds, feelings and thought patterns. 

    It's been consistently hard to disconnect from these ongoing surges of emotion, and it's been something Conor and I have been conscious of working on too. 

    This t-shirt artwork is an evolution of the 'mind maintenance' tattoo I had the privilege of doing on Rachel earlier this year. I've called this one 'free your mind' as a callout to cut free, and remind people of the importance of keeping on top of other's influence in order to let yourself flourish.
